Unmasking ADHD through therapy

The BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) has launched a campaign to highlight how therapy can help people to navigate the emotional challenges of a recent ADHD diagnosis and masking. They invited four people with ADHD to participate in a unique mask-making workshop with Russell Dean to explore how talking therapy had helped them.
